Superteam has been backing the brightest minds on Solana since 2021. As a collective of developers, creatives and operators with real hands on experience building, scaling and even exiting web3 projects, we are your best-fit community for growth and support.
Our collective has gone global, and what started in India has now reached the farthest corners of the world, from Mexico to Vietnam.
At Superteam UK we carry the philosophy of supporting the regions Solana builders, and we are adamant in achieving our wider mission:

We are a collective whose goal is to push Solana forward, and we are strong believers in the fact that the network will be at the frontier of the next generation of consumer facing apps and will lead the adoption of blockchain tech.

Superteam UK supports Solana builders in the UK in gaining access to some of the industry’s brightest minds, the right distribution networks and funding to help them accelerate their journey, and here's how we do it!
Talent Acquisition and Builder Support
Talent acquisition is a core issue faced in the industry, with many projects not getting adequate access to the right.
SuperteamUK have teamed-up with BEExpereince, a leading web3 recruitment platform, to supply our members with the top industry talent, from developers to community managers.
As of recently, SuperteamUK has supported member FOMO MAG in their hackathon entry, “Cap has given advice on our Hackathon submission, tracks, and has connected us to a dev, who we will be entering the Hyperdrive Hackathon with!”
Not only do we find the right talent for your start-up, we also have builders and advisors with a wealth of experience, on hand to deliver build support to our members.
During the last 2 weeks of the Hyperdrive Hackathon, we hosted our Build Station co-working space in Oxford Circus to provide builder support for Hyperdrive participants, and get the community involved in the festivities!
With over 380 registered attendees, the workshops, keynote speeches and all around good vibes were evident throughout the 2 weeks.
Marketing and Distribution
At SuperteamUK, we leverage our deep and vast distribution channels to help grow our ecosystem members. The SuperteamDAO has deep roots in the Solana ecosystem and our members benefit from the reputation we have built over the last few years.
We are well connected with the best of the best when it comes to marketing, and will introduce our members to marketing partners for every stage of their business growth.
After supporting FOMO MAG with promotion and distribution at IRL events, CEO, Slice, noted that “FOMO would not be where it is today if it wasn't for the advice and guidance from Superteam legends like @CapinUK”.

Collaboration is a core characteristic of web3, and at SuperteamUK we embody that wholeheartedly.

We understand the importance of networking and co-creation, and as such we act as a “sorting hat” in directing our ecosystem members to the right people to accelerate their growth!
While SuperteamUK is the newest Superteam, we have made an impact in the community from the get go.
ZeroTimeDrift, co-founder of MoonGate mentioned that “SuperTeam [UK] has helped me to connect with the right individuals to catalyze the success of our startup.”

From the industry’s most prominent VC’s and advisors to an extra developer, we give our members access to our expansive network.
Funding and Capital
The web3 space is getting ever-more crowded, and the competition for venture capital and funding is heating up.
SuperteamUK has paved the way for members to acquire capital through grants and access to investors.
After being pushed by Cap to enter the Solana Speedrun hackathon, Ems from MoonboiStudios won his track and the Community Award, and told us that he got approached by investors looking at taking a piece of the Moonboi Universe!
Investors' intro's aren’t the only way to help our ecosystem.
We have helped our members receive Superteam Instagrants, courtesy of our industry partners.
Within the last few months alone, we have supported a few of our members, such as Nick from Assister, George from FOMO MAG, and M3taversal, in obtaining Superteam Instagrants, to give them a little boost in their entrepreneurial journey!
Events and Community
The community is what brings this all together. None of the above is possible without the community we are curating at SuperteamUK.
From master builders to maniacal creatives, our community is vibrant, passionate, tight-knit and set on supporting each other and pushing the Solana ecosystem forward.
Paraphrasing Ems from MoonboiStudios, “building in a bubble can get lonely, the SuperteamUK community helps make the journey easier and is connecting like minded individuals.”
We regularly throw community events to bring us all together, share our wins, ideate on crazy ideas, and enjoy the company of others who align with our mission.
As Mike from Metabards put it, these events “Makes the ecosystem tangible” and provides a real-world setting for real co-creation.
